Sweet Streaks HOME

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective August 13, 2026 · Sweet Streaks is made by Floppy LLC

Using Sweet Streaks means agreeing to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

YOUR ACCOUNT

Keep your email accurate and your password to yourself — what happens on your account is yours. If you forget the password, the reset flow in the app is the way back in.

YOUR CONTENT

Habit names, reward names, gift notes, your display name — they're yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to exactly the people you've connected with (your partner sees more, friends see less, as described in the app and the privacy policy). Keep what you write lawful and decent; it's visible to people you care about.

POINTS AND COUPONS AREN'T MONEY

Points, coupons, tickets, gems, geodes: play, between you and your partner. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, or redeemed with us, and whether a Sweet Treat Run actually happens is between the two of you. We supply the ticket, not the treat.

PLAYING NICE

No harassment, no abuse, no illegal content, no using the app to harm anyone. You can unpair, unfriend, or block anyone at any time in the app. We may remove content or close accounts that are used to hurt people.

WHAT IT COSTS

Sweet Streaks is free during early access. If paid features ever arrive, they'll be announced clearly in advance, handled through Apple, and nothing you already have will be taken away without notice.

THE FINE PRINT

Sweet Streaks is provided as-is. We work hard on reliability — your data has more safety nets than most apps its size — but we can't promise perfection, and we're not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim (during early access: nothing, so: nothing).

ENDING THINGS

You can delete your account any time in Settings — everything goes with it. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

If these terms change meaningfully, the app will say so before the change applies. Questions: [email protected].
